1.                 FIRST PARENT TEACHER MEETING (2019-2020)

A Parent Teacher Meeting isscheduled on Saturday, 27 April, 2019 between 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. To foster effective communication and guidance for academic improvement and active participation in various co-curricular activities, you are required to meet the concern teachers that will help you and us to understand the child better. Students accompanying their parents for PTM must wear school uniform.


2.                 ACTIVITIES OF THE MONTH

The co-curricular activities inculcate the spirit of healthy competition among the students and raise their self-esteem. The school provides a platform to its students by organising Special Assemblies and various competitions time to time. To enhance the Writing Skills of the students, an Intra-Class Essay Writing Competition was conducted on April 12, 2019 on the Topic: Global Climate Change. The students expressed their concern and gave valuable suggestions to reduce global warming.


To mark the Earth Day, various activities were conducted on April 22, 2019 in which students of class VI, VII & VIII participated in Collage Making, Poster Making and Slogan Writing respectively. Students showed their concern to save earth through beautiful posters andslogans. By planting a sapling, students pledged to save Mother Earth.



a)     Though the school is trying its best to take possible measures to minimize the load of the child by reducing the load of school bag. So parents are advised to provide a well designed school bag, to promote good posture and must ensure that their ward should carry books and note-books only according to the time table.

b)     Students must carry the Almanac (School Diary) to the school every day. Kindly read all the rules and regulations given in the Almanac and sign the declaration.  Please fill accurate medical record of your ward in the Almanac. 

c)     Students should take pride in wearing the school uniform.  Parents are requested to ensure that their ward is smartly dressed up and should bring I-Card daily.  Girls are advised to plait their hair properly.

d)     In case of absence of your ward from the school, Leave Application duly signed by either of the parents must be sent to the school.
