Workshop for teachers on Self-Awareness and Classroom Management
On June 26, 2025, Shanti Gyan Niketan Sr. Sec. Public School conducted a workshop for junior and middle wing teachers on Self-Awareness and Classroom Management in Vivekanand a Hall . The session was led by Mrs . Shikha Dogra Chandel, a facilitator from Rachna Sagar, and was warmly welcomed by Mrs. Anubha Trivedi , the Middle wing incharge and Mrs . Bhakti Sharma , the junior wing incharge.
The workshop focused on enhancing teachers' emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-regulation, followed by strategies for effective classroom management aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF guidelines. Through group discussions, role-plays, and reflective activities, teachers explored ways to build inclusive and student-centered learning environments.
The interactive session provided valuable insights and renewed motivation for the teaching community at SGN.
