New Session Information

Dear Parents                                                                                          

The academic session 2016-17 is on the verge of completion and as always we are thankful for your support and contributions to our perspectives on education. Please allow us to take a moment to welcome you to even more academically influential and eventful session 2017-18. For a smooth start to the session 2017-2018, we furnish herewith some important information please have a read through.

     1. New Academic Session (2017-18): Last home examination of this year is on March 31, 2017 for classes IX & X.

          Session beginning dates:            *Classes KG to IX & XII          April 05, 2017

                                                               Class X                                   April 10, 2017

                                                      * All the New Admissions   April 06, 2017

    (Nursery, KG and First)

 

2. Class XI (Session 2017-18): The procedure for allocation of streams based on pre-boards for students of present Class X will commence from April 10, 2017. All students seeking admission in Class XI of this school must complete admission formalities in time. Classes will start from April 15, 2017. Further details will be circulated in due course.

 

3.       School Fee: The School Office and Fee Counter will remain open on all the working days upto 01:00 p.m. Name of the fee defaulters will not be forwarded in the promotion list for the next class.

        * All parents are advised to clear all school dues for the academic session 2016-17 latest by    March 25, 2017, otherwise, result of your ward will be withheld.

        * Fee Hike: There would be a slight hike in Tuition Fee and other charges w.e.f. April 01, 2017. For details you may contact Fee Counter at 7042898938.

 

4.       Transfer of Student: In case you are planning to change the school of your ward, you are advised to submit an application for Transfer Certificate (TC) latest by March 25, 2017 otherwise, one month notice fee would be charged as per school rules.

 

5.       Result for Session 2016-17: Result of different classes will be declared as per the following schedule. You are advised to come personally to collect the same.

       * Result for Nursery to 5thwill be declared on March 29, 2017 in between 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

       * Result for classes VI to VIIIwill be declared on March 30, 2017 between 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

       * Result for class IX will be available on school website www.shantigyanniketan.orgon April 08, 2017 from 05:00 p.m. onwards. You are advised to open the school website and click on EXAM RESULTS to get the result of your ward.  Reportcards can be collected by you personally on April 10, 2017 in between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

       * Result for class XI will be available on school website www.shantigyanniketan.orgon March 24, 2017 from 05:00 p.m. onwards. You are advised to open the school website and click on EXAM RESULTS to get the result of your ward.  Reportcards can be collected by you personally on March 25, 2017 in between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

 

6.       Books & Stationery: For new academic session books and stationery will be available at counter w.e.f. March 29, 2017. Make sure your ward uses prescribed stationery & books only.

 

7.      Uniform:Uniform counter will remain open on all the working days between 9:00 am to 1:00pm.

 

8.      You are advised to visit school website on regular basis for daily updates.
