Note:
1. Examination timings: 10.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
2. Buses will ply as usual in the morning and in the afternoon. After reaching to school students will be sitting in respective class rooms and will do revision upto 9.30 a.m.
3. Recess will be from 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on examination days.
4. Students are allowed to come to school other than examination days to clear their doubts.
5. Result for classes IX and XI will be available on School website www.shantigyanniketan.org on March 23, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. Hard copy of the result can be collected by parents only on 25/03/2019 in between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
6. Books, stationery and uniform for academic session 2019-20 will be available in school from March 25, 2019 onwards.
7. In case there is change in your mobile no., landline no., address etc. please get it changed in our school records by sending a requisition letter.
8. Please clear your dues at fee counter latest by March 15, 2019 for the academic session 2018- 19. Defaulters final result will be withheld.

Buses will ply as usual in the morning and in the afternoon. Students will revise for exam after coming to school till 9:30 a.m. on each exam day. Break will be from 9:30 a.m. to 9:50 a.m.

No Gate Pass will be issued to any student during exam days.

Incase if supervision of teacher is required you can send your child to school on preparatory days.

In case of pending school dues of Session 2018-19, please clear it latest by March 10, 2019 otherwise result of your ward will be withheld.

In case if you want to withdraw your child, kindly give an application in the school office latest by 10 March 2019.

Resultfor classes VI-VIII will be declared on March 29, 2019 i.e. Friday, between 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. Parents are requested to come to school to take report card personally.
