CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS(Classes VI-VIII)

Dear Parents                                                                                                               August 26, 2016

Parent Teacher Meetingsare a crucial opportunity for the school and home to touch base and review how students are getting on at school. Parents and school should aim to arrive at a common understanding during the PTMs. What the parents expect from the school and what the school intends to provide may be different. The PTM is primarily to facilitate this process.  At these meetings, class teacher along with subject teachers are available to you to discuss academic attainment and targets set for each individual student in each class group so ensure to meet class teacher as well as subject teachers.  So we would like to remind you about PTM to be held on August 27, 2016 i.e. Saturday. You are requested to attend the PTM on above said date between 8.30 am to 10.30 am positively. Parents on special call are requested to come at 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

2.       As the child will be assessed on the basis of his/her regular performance, parents are advised to attend to their child regularly.
